I, DAVE GROHL, the Section 16.1 of ABC Scaffolding, hereby appoint you, COREY TAYLOR as the 16.2 assistant to the CEO,
for ABC Scaffolding

In terms of this appointment, the following will be deemed to be your functions:

1. In terms of this appointment, you are responsible for occupational health and safety matters at ABC Scaffolding and
on various client sites.

2. In order to ensure that you meet this responsibility you must familiarize yourself with the Occupational Health and
Safety Act 85 of 1993 and its Regulations.

3. You are also required to ensure that all statutory requirements are met at all times.

4. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all H&S matters in the Gauteng Region.

5. You will report directly to me with regards to any and all H&S matters.
The above should be read in conjunction with Section 16.2 in its entirety.
