Methods to Import Media Files into Filmora

There are 3 ways to import media files into Filmora.

Method 1
Click File > Import Media. Choose Import Media Files, Import a Media File or folder,
browse to file or folder to import
Method 2:

Click the import media area as shown below, and then choose one or more
media files from the pop-up window.
Method 3:

Drag and drop media files into the Media Library

You can even use the conventional method of simply opening your device
gallery, navigating to the desired media file, and dragging and dropping the
same directly to the editing workspace of the program

When you import a media file, Filmora may ask you to create a proxy file (Copy) to
accelerate your editing process.
