CIRCULAR
Weekend Clarification

• All the Faculties are hereby instructed that I and III Saturday of
every month will be declared as Holidays for all the Institutions.
e Moreover any National or Festival holiday's falls on a working day
like MondaylFriday the connected Saturday will be SUbjected to the
discretion of the Management.
= Any month if any Fifth Saturday falls that will be considered to be
a working day.

Working Time fo r Faculty:

• All the Faculties are instructed to report to duty before or at 9.05
A.M
• If they report by 9.06 A.M to 9.10 A.M it wili be considered as iate
attendance.
• If they report 9.11 A.M to 10.10 A.M it will be considered as
Pennission.
If they repol11 0.11 it will be treated as Casual Leave.
CoUege Closing Time:
The closing time for Engineering will be 4.30 P.M
Permission letter/OO form submission:
As already informed through variolls circulars, staff members need to
avail permission (or) OD (or) SP.OD during college working hours, they have
to get pennission from the principal, and submission of a Gate pass is
compuisory.
