2. The test report shall not be reproduced in full or part without the written approval of the Transportation
Engineering Laboratory, CED, S.V.N.I.T., Surat.
3. The test report in full or part shall not be used for promotional or publicity purpose without the written consent of
Transportation Engineering Laboratory, CED, S.V.N.I.T. Surat.
4. Perishable samples will be destroyed after testing, others after 07 Days from the date of issue of the report, unless
otherwise agreed with the customer or as required by the applicable regulations.
5. Any correction invalidates this test report.
6. Analysis report will be governed under Surat jurisdiction.
