EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE WORK AGREEMENT

Transparency Investigation Pvt. Ltd. Head office located at 159-C, 3rd floor Sarai JuleIna
Opposite Escort Hospital, New Delhi 110025, as Employer.

AND

Mr/Mrs……………………………………………………………..…….., as Field Executive (Freelancer) .

That both the parties (Employer & Freelancer) agreed for the duration of six months
prior to the signing of this agreement. First 15 days will be of training.

That both the parties (Employer & Freelancer) reserve the right to terminate the
agreement other than any reason, during the agreement period, with a one month prior
notice.

Terms & Conditions:

That the Freelancer had been appointed as a Field Executive to manage life insurance
claims and verification of various assignments to him/her in writing or verbal, to the complete
satisfaction of the employer, Total Transparency Investigation Pvt. Ltd.

That Freelancer had acknowledged that during the course of that Tenure, gain access to
information. Detailed provisions regarding the storage, disclosure, sharing or otherwise
dealing with confidential information are contained in legislation, instruments and instructions
binding on investigation work. Without detracting from any such legislation, instrument or
instruction, unless such information is clearly not of a confidential nature, and unless
Freelancer is expressly advised to the contrary by a senior with appropriate authority, all such
information is to be treated as confidential. The expression “confidential information” as used
in this declaration means all information which must be treated as being of a confidential
nature. Freelancer not discloses or makes use of that confidential information, during or after
that employment, except in the proper course of his duties.

4. Freelancer to abide by the following rules & regulations of the company.

I - Freelancer will never share or disclose any confidential information from the office to any
second party, if found so; Total Transparency can take legal action against him/her or can
terminate him/her from employment.

II – Freelancer will respect and obey his/her supervisor’s orders and follow the instructions
provided by him/her.

III - In case Freelancer wants to resign, he reserves the right to do so with the condition of
informing the company in written prior one month of leaving the organization.

a) Employer reserves the right to deduct for any damage or penalties or non-performance
deductions (if any), from his full and final settlement from the company.
b) Company reserves the right to take action against him/her before or after resignation if
he may found guilty on the grounds of misrepresentation of facts, written or recorded
complain against him/her by the client, misbehavior or harassment, etc.
c) Freelancer will never be in contacts with clients, office staff, and field staffs after
submitting his/her resignation. But, Freelancer had right to be in contacts with
colleagues for personal reasons after resigning from the office.
d) Freelancer will never share any client or office information with any other party

IV – Freelancer will enclose the photocopies of the following to the employer.

 Adhar Card ii) Pan Card iii) Education Certificate iiii) Bank Details One Photograph.

XVIII - CONFIDENTIAL AGREEMENT DULY SIGNED AS ANNEXURE – “A”

Freelancer understand that the offering of employment to him/her in the company will be
expressly on the basis that the information that he has provided in relation to his application
for employment is true and correct in every detail. He understand that any incorrect
statement in his application or interview for employment on any matter relevant to his/her
employment in the agency, including (but not restricted to) qualifications, experience, ability,
