Important Note:

1. List of documents to be submitted: -

a. 2 (two) Passport size photograph (one to be pasted on admit card).
b. Self-Attested/Attested photocopy of Certificate and Marksheet from Bachelor
Degree onwards (one copy each).
 B.Ed. Admission 2024, DIET AIZAWL
(For person concerned not to be submitted)

It is hereby notified that admission to B.Ed. is opened at DIET Aizawl for the
academic session of 2024 - 2026. Interested persons may apply from 24th May, 2024.

 Eligibility: Candidate with at least 50% marks in the B.A / M.A degree or any other
equivalent Exam as per NCTE Regulations are eligible for admission to the
programme (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).

 Application form is available at office or may be downloaded from DIET Aizawl

official website: www.dietaizawl.mizoram.gov.in . The filled in Application Form
may be submitted at DIET, Aizawl not later than 12th June, 2024 along with
processing fee of Rs 250/-.

 Scanned/Xerox copies of marksheets and certificates of Graduate/Post Graduate are to

be attached (incomplete documents will not be entertained). Candidates awaiting final
results of Graduate course may also apply by enclosing marksheet of I – V Semesters.
However, if selected they must produce their original consolidated marksheet at the
time of admission.

 Admit Card will be available at the time of submission of Application form.

B.Ed. Entrance Exam Centres will be notified through our website not later than
17th June, 2024. Results will be available at office Notice Board and at our official
website, kindly visit www.dietaizawl.mizoram.gov.in for more information.

 Date of Written Test : 18th June, 2024.

 Date of Entrance Result : 24th June, 2024.

 Date of Interview : 26th & 27th June, 2024.

 Publication of selected candidates (on merit basis) : 28th June, 2024.

 Admission for B.Ed. 2024 – 2026 Session (i) Merit : 1st July – 3rd July, 2024
(ii) Waiting : 4th July – 5th July, 2024

 Commencement of 2024 - 2026 Session : 1st August, 2024.
