This course will introduce the participants to a holistic view of effective and efficient
supervisory and management. The main focus is to develop high performance and
capable manpower in performance development. Most of the time, we often forgotten
that human factor is one of the key elements in ensuring the success of the process
and productivity.
Participants will be able to understand the whole process, and participate actively in
the ‘walk-through’ case studies.
