A Day in My Life

My name is Alex, and I want to share my daily routine with you. I have a busy life, but I
enjoy it. I usually wake up at 6:30 in the morning. I'm not a morning person, I hate the
mornings. But I know I have to go to work!

After waking up, I stretch and then do some exercises in my living room. I have a yoga mat,
and I love yoga and I start my day feeling fresh. I usually exercise for about 30 minutes.

For breakfast, I eat very healthy food. I have a bowl of cereal with bananas at the coffee
shop near my house. It's important for me to have a good breakfast to have energy for the
day.

I work at an office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I enjoy my job because I get to meet new
people and help them with their questions. My desk is in a corner with a great view. I have a
lunch break at 12:30, and I often go to a park to eat my lunch and relax. On Fridays, I have
lunch at my girlfriend’s house and she cooks pasta for us.

After work, I usually go to the gym. I like cardio exercises. It helps me stay active. I spend
about an hour in the gym.

In the evening, I relax at home. I often watch a TV series on my sofa. I also like books. My
favorite time to read is just before bed in my bedroom.

Dinner is usually around 7:00 PM. I don’t like cooking, so I usually order delivery. After
dinner, I often talk to my friends on the phone or online.
