Recommended:

 During our documentation, all the ARBs who were annotated in the CLOA does not have
actual occupation on the ground on this title. The actual occupation on the ground of
Divina Salugao, Jose Beringuil, Delia Cabang, and Cornelio Asag were located on Lot
3899, C-3860.
 Upon verification of the area during geotagging, it has been found out that the actual
occupation on the ground of the ARBs does not coincide on the approved survey plan.

Recommended to cancel the current survey plan and relocate and subdivide again the
whole landholding to correct the exact boundary of the beneficiaries. Please refer to the
attached sketch plan for the identification of their subdivided lot and estimated area
during our geotagging.
