c. Letter from Oscar F. Valenzuela, Undersecretary for Peace and Order,
DILG dated May 31, 2024 with subject: Concerns Regarding Marawi
Rehabilitation and Victims Compensation; and
d. Letter from members of community of Sitio Batangan, Barangay Pantar,
Piagapo, Lanao del Sur.
2. This pertains to the alleged complaint of community members of Sitio
Batangan, Barangay Pantar, Piagapo, Lanao del Sur regarding the harassment
made by more or less 70 persons led by Farouk Manalocon Otical against Sbangan
Clan on April 17 to 18, 2024 which was not investigated by the members of Piagapo
MPS and the concerned LGUs.
3. In this regard, you are hereby directed to conduct an in depth investigation
on the aforementioned incident and to the personnel of Piagapo MPS for their
alleged negligence and submit to this Division your investigation report with complete
supporting documents through email (warrantdivisionprobar7@gmail.com) NLT 8:00
AM of June 10, 2024.
