Dear Mr. Tushar Das,

Following our recent discussions we are pleased to offer you employment in ANANTA REALTY,
(hereinafter referred to as the “company” which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or
meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its subsidiaries, holding company, group concerns,
successors-in-interest and assigns).

You are appointed as a Sourcing Manager in grade w.e.f 3rd April2024 . You shall be presently
located at MUM-ANANTA REALTY Mira Road. You can be posted to any such other locations
as may be assigned to you by the Company in writing from time to time.

You are requested to kindly go through the details of your CTC mentioned in Annexure attached
herewith.
Annexure is the integral part of this letter of appointment and you will be bound by the terms and
conditions thereof.

ANNEXURE

Terms and conditions of your CTC as

agreed between you and the company is as
below :
1. Your Annual CTC will be Rs. 3,00,000/- net in hand (Rs. Three Lakhs Only ) This
would be reviewed periodically and may be restructured as per the Company policy.
Salary will be credited 10 days after your joining of every month.
Remaining days salary will credited at the of leaving if the candidate has served 1
month notice period.
2. You are eligible for incentive of 5% on minimum 2 deals quarterly Av above
4cr Sale ,7% on minimum 6 deals quarterly Av above 11cr, 10% on minimum
10 deals Av 18cr, 13% on & above 20cr, 15% on & above 25cr . you make of
AV below 1cr and above 1cr respectively. This will be included in your next
month of your salary after we will receive brokerage from builder. However if
deal cancels then same will be deducted from your salary. There will be no
claim for incentive after leaving the Company.

3. All the CTC related details pertaining to you are unique in nature and should not be
shared with anyone else, not following the above would result in necessary
disciplinary action as per Company policy being taken action against you.
4. You have to login at 10:30 am in the morning at site or office. Login after 10:45 will be
marked as half day . Only four paid leaves will be there in month.

5. If anyone found sharing leads to other person outside our firm then strict action will be
taken against him/her or will be Terminated on the Spot and remaining pay will be sacked.

6. You cannot leave the company without 45 days of notice period. After notice period your
full and final payment incentive will be done in next week.if you fail to serve the notice
period company will be eligible to hold your incentives or terminate the same.

7. No weekend holidays at any cost.
