TERMS & CONDITIONS (LIMITATION OF JEENA & CO.

1. This shipment is being processed by Jeena & Co. on behalf of FedEx.

2. This HAWB is being issued for the purpose of Indian custom processing and
for banking formalities at origin for the shipper.

3. All terms of contract of carriage are between the shipper / consignee of FedEx
as indicated on FedEx international Airway Bill number indicated overleaf.
Jeena & Co. is not party to the same.

4. Jeena & Co. does not assume any responsibility for the movement and storage
of cargo from pickup at origin till delivery at destination.

5. Jeena & Co. does not invoice for freight or handling to the shipper / consignee
and Jeena & Co. does not undertake the same.

6. Jeena & Co. excludes all liability direct / indirect or consequential on its part
and its employees or agents for loss, damage & delay and will not entertain
any claims arising in respect of the cargo covered under this HAWB. All
claims under this shipment have to be filed with FedEx as per the terms of the
FedEx International Airway Bill.

7. Jeena & Co. does not make any warranties expressed or implied.

8. Data Protection Clause: By submitting any personal data to Jeena & Co. the
shipper consents to Jeena & Co. using this data for the purpose of Jeena &
Co. (for its agents or subcontractors) performing their obligations under the
relevant Air Waybill and the conditions. By submitting the shipment and by
signing the FedEx International Air Waybill the shipper consents to the
transfer of such personal data for the performance of Jeena & Co. obligations.
