 Please read the following important instruction carefully
1. Things to be brought compulsorily for admission to test/examination centre
• Two Colour copies of Printed e-Admit Card
• Original Photo ID proof as mentioned below in the instructions
• Blue ball Pen
• 2 Colour Passport size photographs
1 The call letter to appear for the Shorthand/Typing/PST/DV/DME and RME is purely provisional. If later
at any stage it is found that you did not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions, your candidature is liable to
be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained. Hence you are advised to kindly
ensure that you fulfil all the eligibility conditions given in the recruitment advertisement.
2. It is compulsory to bring admit card for the Shorthand/Typing/PST/DV/DME and RME. Candidate will
be permitted to appear at Recruitment centre as shown in their admit card and not any other centre.
3. No request for change in the Date, Time and Examination Centre will be considered under any
circumstances. The e-admit card will be valid only for the test date and session time as specified above
at page no. 1.
4. Candidate should bring any one of the original evidence for identity such as driving license, Voter ID,
Aadhar Card, PAN Card, I/Card issued by school & college with them otherwise he/she will not be
allowed to enter in the Recruitment Center.
5. Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone, Microphone or any other Associated
Accessories, Bluetooth enabled devices, Calculator, Log Tables/Pager, Digital Diary, Digital Watch, Book
/ Notes, metallic wears, Bangles, Belts, Bracelets etc. are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall.
If any candidate is found in possession of any of these devices/documents, or found
obstructing/disturbing to conduct of examination, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. Any
infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action against such candidates including ban
from future examinations.
6. Candidates are required to reach their allotted exam centres on reporting time as mentioned in
the e-admit card (which is 1 and ½ hours in advance) so that entry formalities can be done
smoothly
7. Candidates qualifying in Typing Test will be eligible for next stage i.e PST/DV/DME.
8. No journey fare is admissible for appearing in the Skill Test/PST/DV/DME. Arrangement for
boarding/lodging will be born by the candidate themself.
9. The candidate will come after making arrangements for a stay of three to four days.
10. Candidates should bring following documents (Original and Photo copy both with them at the time of
Document Verification: -
a) Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate to prove age and educational qualification.
b) Requisite Educational certificate (12th pass) as per eligibility criteria.
c) Certificate from serving Defence personnel. (For defence personnel only)
d) Undertaking from Ex-Servicemen candidates regarding completion of engagement in Armed Forces.
(For ESM only)
e) Caste Certificate in the format prescribed for seeking reservation/age relaxation
f) Certificate from candidates who availed relaxation in height/chest measurement
g) Certificate from District Collector/District Magistrate in respect of dependent applicants of riot victims
as mentioned in the Advertisement.
h) 04 Passport size latest photos.
i) Any other document, which is needful.
