Dearest Parents and Guardians,

Greetings of peace and love!

We are happy to announce that the Wadeford School will conduct BSP and GSP School-Based Camp overnight
encampment “Sustaining Growth: Creating Empowered and Engaged Youth Through Scouting” scheduled on
March 21 (Thursday) from 1:00 PM until March 22 (Friday) 5:00 PM, at Wadeford School Sitio Kamanggahan, Pook,
Kalibo, Aklan. For Grade 4 to Grade 12 students only.

The overnight encampment has the following objectives that constitute the physical, mental, and moral
developments of learner-scouts in the scout method of outdoor experiential learning:

1. Provide the learner-scouts the outdoor immersion for developing scouting skills and competencies essential in
the development of their personality and character.
2. Capacitate the learner-scouts in the principle of “Learning by doing” in the patrol and crew systems of performing
tasks; and.
3. Provide opportunities to the learner-scouts to develop and enhance their latent potentialities all for building
productive fellowships among their peers.

The registration fee is 950 pesos inclusive of three (3) meals, four (4) snacks, operating expenses, transportation,
materials, and equipment for the activity.

We are accepting pre-registration starting this week. The deadline for payment of registration fees will be on March
15, 2022. You may give your payments to your respective advisers.

this week to your advisers. Attached is the training matrix and things to bring in the next page.

ensure his safety in camp.
