ANNEXURE 1: INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT & SECURING ADMISSION

Payment Options:
TO PAY THE FEES PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

Step 1. Login to the fee payment portal

• Go to http://admissions.cept.ac.in/
• LOG IN USING THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD YOU USED FOR FILLING UP THE
ADMISSIONS FORM.

• AFTER SUCCESSFUL LOGIN, CLICK ON MY APPLICAIONS TAB FROM DASHBOARD.

IN CASE YOU HAVE BEEN OFFERED ADMISSION IN MORE THAN ONE PROGRAM, YOU
NEED TO SELECT THE PROGRAM WHICH YOU WILL JOIN. AN APPLICANT WILL BE ABLE
TO PAY FEE FOR ONLY ONE PROGRAM.

Step 2. Choose the fee payment tab

FEES CAN BE PAID THROUGH NET BANKING/CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD.

ONLINE PAYMENT

The online payment can be done using Net Banking/ Credit / Debit card by clicking on the “Make
Payment” button under the “Admission Secure Payment (Online) heading. It will open the
payment page as shown below in Figure 3.

• Please note that while using debit card or credit card additional ~1.25% (approx.) will be charged
by the banks.
• Please note that for online payments (either through net banking or debit / credit card) you will
receive two emails, one from CCAvenue and another from CEPT University, unless you receive
both the emails, your payment is not confirmed. If you do not receive either of the email, you need
to contact us at admission.finance@cept.ac.in with all payment details immediately.

Step 3: Successful Payment

If the payment succeeds, your application dashboard on admissions.cept.ac.in will update to reflect the
status. If the status is not updated within 24 hours, please contact admission.finance@cept.ac.in.

If you have offer from more than one program, and you wish to change your choice of program, you
can click on the “Select” button under “Application Choice” heading to change your choice.

Step 4: how to download fee receipt from the student's dashboard

Student can download fee receipt from the dashboard which is shown against the program name.
ANNEXURE 2: AVAILABLE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Admission policy of CEPT University is merit based and means blind. It is the endeavor of CEPT to assist
students with modest financial means through various financial aid mechanisms. CEPT University has
instituted Scholarships, Assistantships, and various other means of student support. These Scholarships
demonstrate our commitment to recognition, excellence, equity, and diversity.

If you have applied for Means cum Merit scholarship and if the scholarship committee found you eligible
for the scholarship based on the documents submitted by you and the availability of number of scholarships,
you will receive a separate email with details related to award of scholarship.

Apart from Merit and Means cum Merit scholarships, other means of financial aid / scholarship that are
announced post admission and during the course of the Academic year are listed below.
ANNEXURE 3: REFUND POLICY
(For Admission to Postgraduate Programs 2021)

If a student chooses to withdraw from the programme of study in which he/she is enrolled the
following refund policy will be applicable for the year 2021.

The date of the closure/last date of the admission is – 16th August 2021

All requests for cancellation of admissions and request for refund of fees shall be made through
the “Request for Cancellation” option available in the admission portal. In case an applicant is
unable to process it through admissions portal, the applicant must email to admissions office
(admissions@cept.ac.in) on or before 5:00 PM on the last date as applicable according to this
refundpolicy. No verbal request will be entertained.

All Refunds of fees as applicable, shall be made by 1st week of October 2021.

NOTE:

1. The first day of orientation /& induction program will be considered as the date of joining the
program. If a student does not report within 5 days of the joining date, the admission of the
student stands cancelled.
2. The above refund policy will be applicable irrespective of whether the student has attended
any class or not.
3. Kindly note that it is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all required documents
fortimely processing of refund.
ANNEXURE 4: Fee Schedule for Postgraduate Students admitted in 2021-22

* The University has decided to retain the same amount of fees as last year considering
the prevailing pandemic situation. However, the fee will be reviewed by the University for

Students who would like to take extra credits (over and above the minimum academic
requirements), by enrolling in Summer/Winter Courses will incur additional expenses.

The student can opt of either of the Two below options for 1st Semester Fee Payment:

ANNEXURE 5: IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL NEWLY ADMITTED
STUDENTS
