ONLINE OPEN RANKING OF TEACHER I APPLICANTS FOR SY 2024-2025

To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent

Division HRMPSB and Sub-Committee Members
All Qualified Applicants

1. The Department of Education – Schools Division of Sarangani, through the

Division Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board, will conduct an
Online Open Ranking of Teacher I Applicants for the School Year 2024-2025
on 26 June 2024 via Microsoft Teams.

Municipality Schedule
Alabel 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Kiamba
Malungon 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Maitum
Malapatan 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Maasim
Glan 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

2. Attendance of the applicants at the open ranking is not required, but it is

highly encouraged as it will serve as a venue for them to raise questions and
clarifications about their individual assessment results. Moreover, all concerned
applicants are advised to take note of and strictly abide by the schedule mentioned
above.

3. The meeting link will be sent to the respective Facebook group chat managed
by the Sub-Committees. Secretariats per Municipality shall facilitate the open
ranking and the dissemination of the said link to their respective applicants.
