Subject: Project Time Extension Request letter

It is to be recalled that on December 28, 2023 IE Network Solutions PLC signed a contract
agreement with OFFICE OF THE FEDERAL AUDITOR GENERAL (OFAG) for the
procurement of lot 4 – security information and event management (SIEM) solution the license
Supply with total contract amount of ETB 11,336,126.63 (ETB Eleven Million Three Hundred
Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six and 63/100).

According to our contractual agreement the project should have been completed on March 27,
2024 but due to site unreadiness issue, the implementation has started on June 03, 2024. Given
the importance of the successful completion of the project and putting in to consideration
unforeseen risks we may face going forward, we would like to kindly request your esteemed
organization to extend the project time until July 30, 2024. We are genuinely thankful for your
understanding and support in considering this project extension request. Our team will remain
fully committed to the successful completion of the project and will do everything possible to
close the project earlier than the time stated.
