Contract Extension I

This extension of contract (“Extension”) is made on the 10 th day of May 2024 for the purpose of extending
the contract known as Contract Agreement for the supply delivery, installation, configuration and
commissioning of SD-WAN and SD-Access projects. The original contract agreement was signed on
November 8, 2023, between Agricultural Transformation Institute and IE Network Solutions PLC
(the “Parties”).

1. The Contract agreement of the supply delivery, installation and configuration and commissioning of
SD-WAN and SD-Access projects, and with bid reference number ATI-NCB-G-2023-0025 which is
attached hereto as a part of this Extension, is described below ended on November 8, 2023, and the
two parties agreed to extend it up to, June 7, 2024.

2. The original contract agreement will expire on 9 May 2024, and the Parties agree to extend the contract
for an additional 29 days calendar day (June 7, 2024). Commencing immediately after that date.

3.THEREFORE, the parties hereby declare, covenant and agree as follows:

4. This extension Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their
successors, and personal representatives. This document, including the attached Original Contract, is the
entire agreement between the two Parties.
5. All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract and memorandum of understanding remain
unchanged.
