Subject: Commitment to Finalize AV Conference Infrastructure Solution for

OFAG 10 Rooms
It is to be recalled that IE Network Solutions in JV with Siliconetworks FZE have signed
a contractual agreement with your esteemed ministry For Supply, Installation and
Commissioning of Procurement of AV (Audio-Video) Conference Infrastructure solution
for OFAG 10 Rooms on 6th of July 2023.

The site is currently not fully prepared for implementation IE Network Solutions is
committed to resuming and finalizing the project as agreed upon in the contract with the
Ministry of Finance. We will proceed with the project implementation and will complete
the work within 90 days once we get confirmation from OFAG that the entire site is
ready. Despite having received full payment before the project's completion, we remain
dedicated to delivering the project in accordance with our contractual agreement and
scope. Our team will work diligently to uphold our commitments, maintain clear
communication, and provide any necessary support to achieve the desired outcomes as
per our agreement.
