Subject: Commitment to Ensuring Quality of Imported IT Items from China
and Dubai

This letter serves as a formal commitment from IE Network Solutions regarding the
quality of the IT equipment recently imported from China and Dubai, as per the contract
signed on May 4, 2023, for the supply, installation, and commissioning of your
networking infrastructure and modular data center.

We acknowledge that the China and Dubai batches have been delivered, and we
understand the critical importance of comprehensive functionality testing for these IT
items.

However, due to unforeseen delays in facility preparation, we regret to inform you that
the functionality testing has not yet been completed. We sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.

Our Commitment:

IE Network Solutions remains fully committed to ensuring the functionality and

performance of the delivered IT equipment. We take full responsibility for the quality of
these items, from manufacturing to delivery.

Therefore, we firmly commit to the following:

 Thorough Functionality Testing: As soon as the facility is ready, we will

conduct rigorous functionality testing of all delivered IT equipment. This testing
will be conducted in accordance with the agreed-upon standards and specifications
outlined in the contract.
 Defect Resolution: We will diligently address any defects or issues identified
during testing. This includes promptly initiating corrective actions and repairs to
ensure all equipment meets the required performance standards.
