Course Title: 5 Days Long CQI-IRCA Certified-PR315: EMS ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor
Training Course.

On successfully completing the course, delegates will be able to:

• Environmental legislation & auditing for the process of implementation and compliance
• Audit management and techniques.
• Accreditation & Certification processes (ISO 17021, IAF MD1)
• Auditor Competence (ISO 19011, CQI-IRCA norms)
• Practical Exercises workshops and Feedback.

1. COURSE STYLE:

The course uses a mixture of taught sessions, interactive group discussions and exercises, to achieve its
aims. The practical exercises have been carefully designed to focus upon issues that commonly arise during
Quality management system audits. For the courses for which E-Assessment is mandatory, delegates
shall arrange for a computer or laptop with a working webcam and microphone with internet connectiv-
ity from Day-1 of the course to enable the receipt of “Practice Exam Link” and “Exam Link”

2. DATE & PLACE OF COURSE

Tentative Dates for conducting the training is on July/August 2024. The Venue for training shall be provide
Bureau Veritas.

3. VALIDITY OF OUR PROPOSAL

Terms of our proposal are valid for 30 days.

Note:

❖ Above course fees covers tutorial fees and Course Material provided by Bureau Veritas Bang-
ladesh (Pvt) Limited.
❖ In addition to the course fee, VAT 15% will be added. In case of any change in the tax struc-
ture, the actual rate prevailing at the time of training service delivery/ invoicing will be charge.
❖ If the number of delegates fall below the maximum stipulated number of delegates as per, the
fees will not be reduced.
❖ The Client Organization will have to provide suitable conference room with cluster seating
arrangement, LCD Projector, adequate number of flip charts, flip chart boards, White boards and
marker pens, Collar mike, requisites number of copies of course material (refer above) , copies of
the relevant standards, writing stationery, lunch and refreshments for all participants and tutors if
training arrange in Client premises.

5. CERTIFICATION:
❖ Certificates are issued to participants for the courses which include evaluation at the end of the
course.
❖ Delegates who pass both the assessments will be awarded “Certificate of Achievement” and other
delegates will receive “Certificate of Attendance”.
❖ Ccertificates, where applicable, will be issued after the entire invoice amount is received by BVCI.

6. TERMS OF PAYMENT

❖ 100 % of course fees (including tax) shall be paid along with confirmation of the proposal.
❖ Final invoice will be submitted after completion of training.

 ❖ The entire / balance invoice amount is payable within 7 days of submission of the Invoice. Accepta-
ble payment modes are Cheque / Demand drafts.

7. CANCELLATION POLIC
As per the “General Terms and Conditions” given at the end of this document.

8. OTHER CONDITIONS

The subject course provided will be generic in nature, the contents will be the same as offered by us
in any other open house/publicly announced programme and no company specific issues will be
discussed. The subject project will be carried out according to the Bureau Veritas Bangladesh Pvt.
Ltd. ‘General conditions of services provided at the end of this document, which is an integral
part of this offer/ contract’
