Delhi to Goa (Full day Journey in Train).

Reach Goa, Hotel check-in, Explore Night life

DAY 2

DAY 3 You can utilise this day for water sports

activities.

DAY 4 South Goa Sightseeing

DAY 5 Pool Party/ Shack Party

 IMPORTANT

• Booking for Train tickets have to be made prior to the departure date, make
sure you register within the deadline to confirm your seat.

• The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The train schedule and other details will be shared later.

• The balance amount for the trip to be paid 20 days prior to the departure date.
• After paying the full amount if you cancel the trip before 7 days 50% of the
second installment to be refunded.

• You will have to rent a scooty/car if you want to commute or explore apart
from the transport facilities that we will provide (Make sure you have a legal
license for the same).

• If you want to exclude travel expense and travel on our own you can avail land
package @7999/- and Flight Package can be customized too.

• The INR: 9999/- Package includes Sleeper Class Train Tickets, you can avail
both side 3AC/3E Train Tickets (Rs. 9999/- + 3000 additional).

DAY 1
• Board your train as per train timings, Train schedule and other details will be
shared later on WhatsApp group.
• Be particular about the reporting time.
• Be responsible for your luggage.

DAY 2
• Reach Goa, pickup from Goa Railway Station and drop to our Hotel in North
Goa.
• Hotel Check-in.
• Freshen up and have rest for some time after a long tiring journey.
• Later in the evening you can explore the local markets etc., as Goa is famous
for its Night Life (Self Exploration)
• Dinner at the Resort.
DAY 3

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• You can explore nearby markets, beaches for adventurous water sports by
renting a scooty.
• While renting a scooty make sure to record a video of scooty to highlight its
condition and damages if any.
• Water sports budget: Rs. 1500-2000 depending upon the no. of acivities you
will do.
• Dinner at the Resort.

DAY 4

• Breakfast at the Hotel.

• Afterwards we will leave for sightseeing in South Goa which will include
Singham Beach, Dona Paula, Old Goa Church etc.
• Dinner at the Hotel.
DAY 5
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• We will be organizing pool/shack party in the evening.
• Dinner at the Hotel.
DAY 6
• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Post Breakfast Check out from the Hotel.
• Since it will be your last day in Goa you can explore and visit the places of
your choice and report back to us in the given deadline as we will have to
board the train.
DAY 7
• This day will be spent in the train as we will be heading towards Delhi.

DAY 8
• Reach Delhi by Morning.

Kindly Note:
• Booking amount:
INR 1999/- for Sleeper Class Package, INR 3999/- for 3AC Tickets
Package, INR 5999/- for one side train & 1 side flight, INR 9999/- for
both side flight (included in the total amount) to be paid online (payment
details are given in the google form) rest amount to be paid 20 days prior
to the departure date and NOC to be submitted on the day of trip before
departure.
• Due amount if not cleared 20 days before the trip date, the bookings will
by default put on hold which will further lead to cancellation from our
end without any refund towards the participant.

GLIMPSES FROM PREVIOUS GOA TRIPS
Terms & Conditions:
• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before 20 days from the departure date.
Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.

• The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without
a valid Govt. ID.

• The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time
of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.

• No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Participant.

• Travellers must take care of their luggage & belongings. The management shall not be
accountable for missing items along the tour.

• The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travellers must update their status with the
Trip coordinator(s), & report at the reporting location 30 mins prior to the scheduled
departure.

• Train time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status
updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the train shall not be eligible for
any refunds.

• Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety
concerns.

• Since you will be requiring to rent a Scooty/Car as it is the most easily accessible mode
of transport (Only if you want to explore on your own apart from the transport facilities
that we will provide), one should carry the legal license for the same and abide by the
rules laid by Ministry of Transport of Goa.

• No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial

travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable
experience.

• Explorers’ shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or
indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accidents, breakdown of
machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.

• We do not provide any insurance policy to cover the expenditure on sickness or

accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.

• Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of
participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make
necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-
being!
