Job Summary
Describe the purpose of the job

This position is required to take care of the facilities of Bangalore plant including air, water & power, DG maintenance, building
maintenance, common facility maintenance

Key Job Responsibilities


List each key responsibilities in order of importance
 Responsible for air, water and power in the facility
 Facility management including DG maintenance, building maintenance and common area maintenance
 Liaising with BESCOM officials related to power
 Upkeeping of facility includes the MSG, admin building
 Supporting Reliability Engg and plant teams for equipment\building maintenance
 Working closely with EHS function to optimize the usage of water and power
 Effective supervision of civil, plumbing & fabrication activities required to maintain the facility.
 Responsible for monitoring\maintaining the statutory requirements related to facility.
 Preparing MIS report related to facility management and reviewing with Plant Manager
 Supporting PED for ongoing projects as well as for new projects
 Responsible for driving and executing improvement projects across the campus related to facility management
 Responsible for preparing\executing the capex related projects for facility management

High School Associates/Technical ✘ Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree PhD

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 15 + Years

Electrical Engineering, exposure for executing the projects, hands on experience in handling the facility for medium\large size industry
