Ingredients

Crust:
7 oz ground chicken
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dijon mustard

Topping:
4 cups purple cabbage shredded/sliced thin
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

Dressing:
1 1/3 tbsp dijon mustard
1 1/3 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp Braggs aminos
1 1/3 tbsp tsp apple cider vinegar
1/32 tsp powdered stevia

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2. Mix the crust ingredients well and then roll out on a pizza stone, with plastic wrap on top, using a
rolling pin – roll it quite thin as it shrinks when cooking. Bake for 20 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, saute the cabbage in the water and salt, till cooked through or the texture of you’re
liking.
4. Mix the dressing ingredients. Once the crust is done, arrange the cabbage on top, and squeeze
the dressing ingredients across.
