professionals in the year 2004. The company offers Engineering Consultancy services to

Our team is based in Pune, a city known for its Engineering talent in India. We are a rapid-

Scope: Conceptualize, design, drawings, fabrication drawings
and BOQ for 2500 TPD plant structures, foundations, machine

Project: Steam Header Integration(In Existing Facility)

Location: MIC, Doha-Qatar
Client: Genio (end client- QAFCO)
Cost: USD 50 Million
Technology: Reinforced Cement Concrete and Steel
Scope: This is plant betterment project. Scope consists of
Engineering design (using US country codes), drawings, fabri-
cation drawings, technical supervision and coordination for
construction in existing plant.

Project: Project Solaris commercial tower with G + 33 floors,

Client: K.RAHEJA UNIVERSAL PVT. LTD.
Scope: Technology Assessment review and recommendation
Concept Design and recommendation of the appropriate
construction technology with emphasis on Speed of Con-
struction, Quality Control, Cost of Technology.

Technology: Reinforced Cement Concrete and Steel
Codes: Limit State design for RCC (IS456) and Steel (IS800-

Scope: This is Refinery project. The scope consist of Engi-
neering design, drawings of Various Pipe Racks, Techno-
logical Structures, buildings including blast resistant con-

Key Personnel
Mangesh Hardas
Mangesh holds a Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Civil Engi-
neering (Specialization in Earthquake Engineering) from IIT
Roorkee. He has an advanced diploma in Computer Science
from C-DAC, Pune and has a passion for automation and
standardization. With over 25 years of expertise, the last 17
years has been on developing business modes for "off
shored" Civil/ Precast Engineering jobs.
Mangesh has very good understanding & expertise of pre-
cast plant design set up and has guided many customers in
India for setting up their precast plants.

Charudatta Kulkarni
Charudatta holds a Master's Degree (M.E) in Civil Engineering
(Specialization in Structural Engineering). In all, he has more
than 20 years experience, out of which last 16 years have
been, spent exclusively for "off shored" (US) Civil and Precast
Engineering jobs.
Charudatta is Philanthropic, has excellent organizational skills
that keeps the PPS family in good spirits!

Ajit Joshi
Ajit holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch.) & a Mas-
ter's degree in Business Administration (Specialization: Mar-
keting).
Ajit has been instrumental in shaping PPS. He has a total of 23
years experience, out of which last 16 years have been invested
on “off shored" Civil Engineering & Architectural Jobs, predomi-
nantly for United States.
Ajit is an excellent Cricket Player as well!

Key Personnel
Rajendra Kulkarni
A B.E. (Civil) Gold Medalist from VJTI, Mumbai also holds
a Master's Degree (M.Tech.) in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Struc-
tural Engineering) from IIT Mumbai. Rajendra has around 22 years expe-
rience in hardcore structural design of RCC, Steel, PEB Precast and all
types of buildings (Industrial, commercial, residential, parking garages,
etc.). He has substantial experience of engineering for precast plant de-
sign set up and has engineered many prestigious precast concrete pro-
jects in India. He has wide ranging experience, in US and Indian markets.
Rajendra plays melodious Flute as a pass time!

Ramesh Raskar (CEO)

Ramesh holds a Master's Degree (M.E) in Civil Engineering
(Specialization in Structural Engineering) and has more than 20
years of structural design expertise in Process Industry. He has
worked with companies like Fluor Daniel India Pvt. Ltd., Reliance
Engineering Associates Ltd, Jacobs Humphreys and Glasgow Ltd,
for Indian as well as overseas clients. In PPS, Ramesh has executed
many Turnkey consultancy projects (Architectural, Structural, MEP,
and PMC) for Indian as well as Global clients.
Ramesh is the captain of PPS cricket team.

Dhananjay Bhosale
Dhananjay did his M.E. (Structures) from Walchand College of En-
gineering, Sangli and M.E. (Construction & Management) from
C.O.E.P., Pune. He has more than 21 years of experience in Struc-
tural designs, Precast and RCC of Residential / Commercial / In-
dustrial building structures in India, Europe & USA, and the last 12
years have been exclusively invested for “off shore” Structural de-
signs in Europe and USA, using IS, BS & ACI codes. He has consid-
erable experience of precast plant design set up and project man-
agement for precast projects. He has engineered many prestig-
ious precast concrete projects in India.
Dhananjay is an ace chess and badminton player.
