NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS

1. The rent agreement shall be for a period of 11 months commencing from 20.05.2024.
This rent agreement shall be renewed for a further period with the mutual consent of
both the parties.
2. The rent for the schedule property shall be Rs.16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand
Only) per month for the residential purpose only and the tendency will be according
to the English Calender month. The rent for every month shall be payable on or
before 5th of the following month.
3. The Second party has already paid a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand
Only) by way of cash as security deposit on 15.05.2024 which shall be returned to the
tenant at the vacating the schedule property without any interest.
4. The Second party has agreed to serve 1 month prior notice in case he vacates the
schedule property before the expiry of agreed tenancy period and the first party also
adopt the same conditions. If the above noted property is under any type of sealing in
future then the first party give two months prior to the second party and second party
has no objection for the same.
5. That the electricity charges, water tax will be paid by the second party/tenant of the
said premises.
6. That the first party/landiord or his authorized agent can inspect the tenant premises at
any reasonable hours.
7. That the second party/tenant shall deliver the peaceful vacant possession of the said
rented premises in same condition along with all fiting and furniture to the first party
at the time of vacating the above said premises.
8. The Second party will hand over the rented premises as an whereas condition to the
first party.
9. The Tenant shall pay Rs.500/- for every month for Maintenance Charges.
10. At the time of Vacating the house the Tenant shall be made One coat Emulsion. (or)
Rs.10,000/- Rupees Ten Thousand Only) Will be deducted from the security deposit

IN WITNESS WHRE OF this rent agreement is signed on the date month year first above
written above after reading the contents of this agreement without any force from anyone in free
will in the presence of each other.

2. The rent for the schedule property shall be Rs.22,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two
Thousand Only) per month for the residential purpose only and the tendency will be
according to the English Calender month. The rent for every month shall be payable
on or before 5th of the following month.
3. The Second party has already paid a sum of Rs.66,000/-(Rupees Sixty Six Thousand
Only) by way of cash as security deposit on 01.07.2021 which shall be returned to the
tenant at the vacating the schedule property without any interest.
4. The Second party has agreed to serve 1 month prior notice in case he vacates the
schedule property before the expiry of agreed tenancy period and the first party also
adopt the same conditions. If the above noted property is under any type of sealing in
future then the first party give two months prior to the second party and second party
has no objection for the same.
