2. I deposited a copy at the Postal Office, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao

City, Cagayan Valley, in a sealed envelope, addressed to the relevant party
above, with postage fully pre-paid, as evidenced by the Registry Receipt
numbers indicated after the name of each of the addressees above with
instructions to postmaster to return the mail to sender after ten (10) days if
undelivered.

3. The Motion for Reconsideration was served and filed by

registered mail due to considerable distance involved as well as for safety
reasons due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

4. The Motion for Reconsideration was served and filed by

registered mail pursuant to Sections 3 and 5, Rule 13 of the Revised Rules of
Civil Procedure, which allows the service and filing of pleadings and other
court submissions by registered mail.
