1. Find someone with a card that has a different color dot and begin discussing a
common topic:

2. When the person you are speaking with violates your non-verbal rule, you are

So…what should I expect (1/3)?
Dimension Advices
Communicating 1. Be prepared to read between the lines and pay attention to non-verbal
cues. Spaniards may not always say things directly, so understanding
context is crucial.
2. Practice active listening and be mindful of the subtleties in conversation.
Feedback and 1. When giving feedback, you can be more direct than you might be used to

conceptual foundation.
Handling 1. Be ready for more direct confrontation and open debate. Spaniards are
