In the matter of :-Application seeking leave of this honourable court for

preponement of above cited charge sheet so that same is disposed in light
of the statement of complainant and other witnesses.

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR SIR,

The application is most humbly submitted as under;
1. That above titled charge sheet bearing FIR No. For the offences is
pending adjudication before this honourable court and same is listed for
hearing on 07-10-2024.
2. That the above stated chargesheet is an offshoot of a matrimonial
dispute regarding which cases are pending disposal before the honourable
court of Principal district judge Kulgam and Munsiff Kulgam and the
parties have amicably resolved and settled their cases by virtue of a
compromise and khula-nama .
3. That the applicants /alleged accused are seeking indulgence of this
honourable court to get the case preponed and to record the statement of
complainant and other witnesses so that the case is disposed of in light of
the compromise which the parties have executed and entered and are
desirous to get all cases disposed off in light of the compromise.
4. That in case above cited chargesheet is listed earlier and disposed off
same will not in any manner prejudice the rights of the non-applicant.
5. That applicant craves for leave of this honourable court to take further
pleas at the time of arguments.
6. That application is supported by an affidavit.

IN THE PREMISES, it is as such prayed that above titled charge sheet

bearing FIR No. For offences may kindly be
preponed and statement of complainant and other prosecution witness
may kindly be recorded and case be disposed off accordingly.
