Position title: Business Development Specialist

Job Purpose:

Ensure all Sales requirements are met during any assigned project with planned duration

Job Description:

• Provide top management with periodical reviews analysis.


• Issue Sales top management periodical performance presentations (CEO, Steering Committee
and Trade, etc.).
• Communicate efficiently to agent’s manager with Agent's stock report twice per week.
• Follow up sales fulfillment for assigned trade actions and then send to the commercial planning
SPOC
• Take the lead in new meetings and projects that require sales involvement & input (this takes
place through PDs review, summarizing and consolidating all sales operations concerns and
inputs)
• Respond to PDs & IAS with a consolidated requirement for all on time (based on end to end
product development Process.
• Create and update on weekly basis the business development team with all projects status
using the shared folder.
• Timely and efficient initiatives implementation & launch within the Sales channels (after
alignment with commercial Projects team.
• Follow up for all due actions on sales stakeholders related to memos needed.

• Ensure proper and clear communication of any updated projects, products and process for all
stake holders once launched and implemented through Sales communication mailbox.
• Sending the dashboard daily bulk SMS to all top management.
• Responsible for all the communications to the trade either through SMSs including all needed
data (Incentives, offers and contests).
• Monthly update for the digital signage after granting all the sales head's approval.
