Under the instruction from and on behalf of my
client Ms. Seema Singh authorized officer/Senior
manager of DENA BANK CORPORATE CENTER: C-10, G-BLOCK,
BENDRA KURLA COMPLEX BANDRA (E) MUMBAI PINCODE-400
051, having its branch office at: IX/6093-6094, main
Road, Gandhi Nagar, DelhiI do hereby serve upon you
through this legal notice fact as under:-

1.That you have approached to my client for

purchase a vehicle of a Terms loan under Dena
 Auto Finance Scheme an amount of Rs.14,90,000/-
Lacs in the month of August 2015 and you
submitted the various documents before my client
and after verification of all the documents, my
client agreed to provide the said loan facility
and you execute the various loan documents in
favour of my client on 28.08.2015.

2.That as per the terms and conditions, you

executed the several documents in favour of my
client and you agree to pay the regular
installment accordingly. But you fail to
compliance the terms and conditions as executed
by you with my client and you are not paying
regular installment of the aforesaid loan
account. Due to the aforesaid reason your account
bearing no. 165951031015 become NPA.

3.That my client approached several times and made

several correspondent with you to pay the over
dues amount but you fail to do so on the other
side neither give you any reply nor to pay the
dues amount till today.

I, therefore, call upon you through this legal

notice to pay the entire loan 13,84,908.64/- as on
20.09.2018 amount along with the penal interest and
other charges within 7 days from the receipt of
this Legal Notice, falling which my client shall be
constrained to me to initiate civil as well as
criminal proceeding against you in the competent
court of law at your risks, costs and consequences
and you are also liable to pay Rs. 2,500/- as a fee
of this legal notice.
