Day 01- 03/04/2024 -Wednesday

• Introduction-About the company profile, Vision and mission, ethics,
values etc.
• Orientation
• Office tour – workspace on the ground floor which is the
(Kanchipuram GA) one of the units of AG&P.

Day 02- 04/04/2024 -Thursday

• Introduction, orientation, roles and responsibilities of HR, OM,
Marketing & Finance team working in Kanchipuram GA.
• My first task was Sorted and filtered Marketing data using Excel.
• Conducted an analysis based on the conversion rate of PNG to the
consumers.

Day 03- 05/04/2024 -Friday

• Participated in vendors meeting between the project engineers and the
contractors who made the PNG connections in the field.
• Visting the planned sites and outline of the PNG connections with the
project executor.

Conclusion:
The first three days at AG&P's Kanchipuram GA unit involved
learning about the company, understanding team roles, hands-on tasks like
data analysis, and field visits. The experience provided a solid foundation
for future work and highlighted the company's emphasis on practical
learning and collaboration.
