Forms Management Portal
Manages clients and their clinical forms
The application has been developed using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS to store multiple clients and
their clinical forms in a centralized location.

Forms Builder
Creates a clinical forms
This solution enables the dynamic creation of clinical forms, utilizing Angular. Users can drag and drop
web components onto the form, which generates a JSON definition with designated placements for each
component.
Forms renderer
Converts the JSON into a readable web element
The JSON configuration generated and set up using the form builder is then parsed and rendered as a web
page. This functionality is implemented using the StencilJS framework.

Application management portal

Provides authorization to access applications
It manages and grants access to all the applications mentioned earlier. Within this system, you can create
permissions (such as Read, Write, Delete) for different roles (like user, admin, contract), and then assign
these roles to users. The platform is built using ReactJS.

Applications as a Widgets
integrating cross platform applications
The forms builder and renderer, previously mentioned, have been seamlessly integrated into the Forms
Management Portal as a widget. Despite being built using different technologies, they have been
successfully combined and utilized within the portal.
