A-Z Company agrees to issue a release letter to Dismas Kiprono, allowing him to see g him
to seek and undertake employment elsewhere without any interference or restriction from
A-Z Company.

1. EFFECTIVE DATE:

The release letter will be effective from 12/7/202424.

2.NON-INTEFERENCE:

A-Z Company agrees not to obstruct or interfere in any manner with Dismas Kiprono's
future employment opportunities or engagements with any other entity.
