My special dedication goes to my beloved parents for the support in
college and my friend for aiding the project success. My thanks also
goes to the entire building and civil engineering fraternity for having
allowed me to get this special and unique knowledge in architectural
engineering which will be very helpful to me in the field to execute
different kind of projects that suits the society.

ACKNOWLEGMENT
I take this precious moment to give special appreciation to the entire
building and civil engineering department led by the head of
department Mr. Asumba George for aiding the success of this
project.
I would also like to thank my supervisor Mr. Tom Ondiek who also
played a major and important role by ensuring that the project was
progressing successfully.

ABSTRACT
It was proposed that at RIAT training college a modern car park
should be constructed, this is due to the raising number of trainees
and trainers pus the growing traffic due to the number of trainees
being admitted yearly in the facility. The completion and execution of
the entire project will depend on how all the finance team members
of Ramogi institute of advanced technology and administration in
conjunction with the county government and how issues will be
managed during the process of construction.
The project construction will be based on the knowledge from
chapters like structures, survey, measurements, estimation and
costing, management and building drawing.
