Lesson Plan Information and Template

1- Prepare a 10-minute lesson for your subject that you are applying for.
2- Have your materials ready to share via screen share.
3- Keep in mind that you may not need to have achieved the lesson objective during the 10 minutes,
however you should demonstrate that you are working towards it.
4- Complete the lesson plan template on the next page of this form and submit it during the meeting.
5- During the lesson we will look for some of the following:
