Seal welding of bolts and nuts

PREPARATION

a. Coordinate with Project owner for proper assistance @ rmpm loading bay area.
b. Prepare tools and equipments
c. Inspect the area
d. Barricade the area of location
e. Secure work permit/hotwork permit
f. Secure fire watcher

EXECUTION

a. Manpower mobilization
b. Tool box meeting
c. Hauling of welding machine,cable extentions and electrodes
d. Connect electrical cable extention to nearest electrical outlet
e. Connect welding machine to electrical extention
f. Use welding blanket
g. Set up welding machine needed ampherages and weld
h. Repeat on weld until all bolt and nut sealed weld
i. Housekeeping

Dismantling of scaffold structure (existing)

PREPARATION

a. Coordinate with the Project owner for proper assitance@ cluster 5 area
b. Prepare tools and PPE for dismantling
c. Secure work permit for

EXECUTION

a. Manpower mobilization
b. Toolbox meeting
c. Use proper tools for dismantling
d. Red tagging must be observe before dismantling
e. Use PPEs for working at heights
f. Manual dismantling and hauling of scaffold materials
g. Housekeeping
h. Advise Project owner for completion if job is done.
