This waiver and Transfer of Right of Share made and executed

TRANSFEROR.

____________, Filipino of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the
TRANSFEREE;
DECLARE AND MANIFEST;
That the TRANSFEROR has a right of share at GAB
Microfinance that is located at Maragondon Real, Quezon.
That for the valuable consideration of One Hundred Eighty
Thousand Pesos (Php 180,000) received, the TRANSFEROR
hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY all his right of share,
claims, interest and participation over the said microfinance
business where it is in favor of the TRANSFEREE.
