• GT-02 fire protection system trip forced, due to Faulty card issue, CO2 is isolated due to Permits.
• WTP: Blow-down water basin pump-01 & 02 out of order
• GT-02 Wheel space thermocouple 2FO-1 is faulty.
• GT-03 Wheel space thermocouple 1FI-1 and 3FO-2 are faulty.
• GT-01,03 CCCW system expansion tank filling SOV faulty.
• LP feed water pump - 3 inlet filter DP switch found faulty, due to unavailability of spare. DP switch bypassed.
• HRSG-01 deaerator main level controller not available for DCS operation.
• HRSG-3 main deaerator level control valve not available for DCS operation.
• Sahowala-01 line side earth blue phase not closing properly.
• ST Gland Condenser Fan - A inlet MOV card faulty.
• ECR UPS-2 is under maintenance for short circuit alarm.
• ST HP bypass No.2 CV is not working well.
• HRSG-2 Diverter damper open 100% and its retaining pins are installed.
• Deep well pump-02 is not available for operation due to motor anti clock wise rotation inspection.
• HRSG-2 DD close limit forced and weather damper closed.

• Complex remained stand by due to unavailability of gas fuel.

• HRSG-1,2,3 HP/LP drum with superheater/ Preheaters wet preserved.
• GT-01 and GT-02 PEECC all breakers annual inspection, cleaning and tightening completed.
• GT-02 all instruments calibration is in progress by I&C.
• HRSG-1 HP live steam drain isolation valve welding is in progress by MMD.
• HRSG-2 all instruments calibration is in progress by I&C.
• HRSG-2 expansion joint (HRSG side) flue gas leakage inspection is in progress.
• ST condenser tubes cleaning is in progress.

• (3.11/35) HRSG-1: HP Main steam drain MOV, limit adjustment performed in coordination with EMD.(PTW-4130)
• (3.11/280) ST: lube oil line’s FF system at 1st floor, flange leakage could not be attended due to scaffolding constraints.
• (3.11/102) Vacuum p/p Hex-B, all plates gaskets replaced with new ones. (PTW-4150)
• (3.11/275) Workshop: FF system PRV, cleaning & inspection is in progress.
• ST: Condenser drain, flange leakage attended by tightening.
1 M • WTP: Housekeeping performed at WTP station and Sulfuric acid storage room. No observation
• CWP House: Housekeeping performed at CWP outlet valve hydraulic skids and Auxiliary temporary/booster pumps room.

• 3.11.236 & 237: GT-1,2,3 instruments calibration for transmitters & switches; GT-2 calibration at Auxiliary compartment is in progress
• GT -03 Turbine compartment hazardous sensor 45HT-iR-5B fault is normalized
