Bespoke Service
Fluorocarbon Ltd is a global supplier of high performance fluid handling products such as seals and
hoses, designed to meet the demanding applications of aerospace, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical,
medical and many others, including the sub-market supply chain.
Many of the seals in this catalogue are designed to suit Case Histories
industry standard grooves and assemblies, however, we also
provide bespoke solutions in both product design and material Low Friction Seats and Stem Seals

Transmission Seals
Working with our customer on a new product development,
Fluorocarbon designed a range of rotary shaft seals for the
driveline of semi-amphibious military vehicles. All specially
designed and developed to retain the transmission fluids, but
also to prevent dirt and water ingress.

High Pressure Sealing Performance
The seal can also be supplied with a profiled angled heel and a
single angled anti-extrusion ring. This allows the anti-extrusion
ring to float radially within the housing. This is particularly
useful in applications where the applied pressure causes a
swelling of the housing, which is evident in some large
diameter welded valves and connectors.
