PROJECT PROPOSAL

RATIONALE

The Guidance Office plays a pivotal role in providing career guidance to students, job
seekers, and individuals at various stages of their careers. Its role is multifaceted and involves a
range of activities and services, all aimed at helping individuals make informed career decisions
and achieve success in their chosen paths.

We propose to initiate a Career Guidance Program aimed at making a significant impact

on the career development of individuals, ensuring they have access to the guidance and
resources they need to make informed career decisions and succeed in their chosen paths. This
project also seeks to provide personalized guidance, skill development, and mentorship to
enhance career prospects and overall satisfaction. And that aims to bridge the gap between
aspirations and achievements by providing valuable guidance and resources.

We seek to support and collaborate to make this project a reality and help individuals
achieve their full potential. Because we are confident that this initiative will empower individuals
to make well-informed career decisions, ultimately leading to a more fulfilled and successful
workforce.

OBJECTIVES

 To assist individuals in identifying their strengths, interests, and skills;

 To provide comprehensive information about various career options and pathways;
 To offer personalized consultation and counseling sessions;
 To conduct skill development workshops and training sessions;
 To establish a network of mentors and industry professionals for guidance;
 To facilitate job shadowing and internship opportunities;
 To empower participants with resume building, interview skills, and job search
techniques;
 To Continuously assess the project's effectiveness through feedback and evaluation,
making necessary improvements.

METHODOLOGY

 Conduct initial assessments to understand participants' interests, skills, and

aspirations.
 Organize workshops and seminars focusing on different career fields.
 Collaborate with professionals and experts for interactive sessions and mentorship.
 Provide one-on-one consultation and counseling sessions for personalized guidance.
 Evaluate participants' progress through regular assessments and feedback
PARTICIPANTS

All learners from Grade 9,10, 11 and 12 of San Roque National High School are
expected to participate.

SOURCE OF FUND

Necessary materials will be sourced through MOOE.

EXPECTED OUTCOME
100 % participation of learners will be expected and participants will be assisted in
having a clear and achievable path.
