Our recipes yield between about 700 to 1000 ml. We replace with it a complete meal.

If you want to drink less smoothie amount daily, adjust the recipes and shopping list accordingly. The unit of
measurement "1 handful" means as much as you can easily grab with one hand.

If you do not tolerate or like individual fruits, simply omit them or replace them with ingredients of your choice.
We have already given a few alternatives in the recipes for inspiration. The same applies if you don't get
ingredients when shopping, omit them or replace them and also adjust your shopping list accordingly.

6-7 large endive leaves (alternatively: 3 oranges 1 thumb tip fresh ginger
2 hearts of chicory o. 1/2 head 1 blood orange (alternative: 1 pinch ginger
radicchio) 1/2 lemon powder)
4 large kohlrabi leaves (alternative: 1 1/2 fennel bulb 1 thumb tip of turmeric
handful of postelein or radish leaves) 2/3 pineapple (alternatively: 1 pinch of
2 stalks of celery with leaves 1/4 avocado turmeric powder)
