 "PT. BPN is in danger of being closed" because the results of an investigation conducted by six
employees of the Mining and Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Maluku Province
(Malut), as well as one inspector from Central Halmahera Regency (Halteng) concluded that the
river and coast of Waleh, North Weda District, were polluted due to the impact of PT. Bakti
Pertiwi Nusantara (BPN).

