Essential part of proper and efficient management of an organization is record

keeping / compilation, and one of the particulars are the activities implemented and
participated by the employees. This serve as reference for validation and
measurement of accomplishment, also for personnel performance evaluation.

In the exigency of service and proper documentation of activities conducted,

participated by the personnel of this office, ALL are hereby directed and requiring
to submit AFTER ACTIVITY REPORT on a regular basis pertains to the travel/s
ordered by the Provincial Agriculturist.

This to keep the immediate supervisor and the undersigned well informed about the
activities undertaken and participated by each personnel. To see the overview and
gain understanding to the important matter arises and highlight of the activities,
and serve as reference for the analysis and likely providing recommendations.

The activity report to be submitted after the travel includes but not limited to;
meetings attended or facilitated, workshops / trainings attended or facilitated,
project monitoring and implementation conducted, forums, conventions and
dialogues attended or facilitated, field visits and researches.

potential of the local livestock and aquaculture market

Important matter Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Veterinary Office , OMA and
arises / activity Farmers was attend the Livestock and Aquaculture Expo at
highlights / learnings World Trade Center Metro Manila Pasay City. The expo opened
with 200 exhibitors from 18 countries in the presence of
thousands farmers, fisherfolks, traders,manufacturers,
processors, quality controllers, consumers, animal health and
welfare, professionals, academicians, local officials and foreign
dignitaries.

There are different activities happened in livestock and

Aquaculture Expo , some of the exhibitors gave a lot of freebies,
free taste, promotional pamphlets regarding their companies. it
also have technical seminars offer that you can join for free and
one of the seminar we attended is about mycotocin awareness in
the food and feed industry, and lastly we answer evaluation form
sheet regarding the event.
