ACTIVITY REPORT
Preparation of area assignment of invited FCAs from KADIWA ng
Pangulo

It’s our 6th month conducting the Kadiwa ng Pangulo (KNP)
activity and we are doing continuous improvement and
innovations to meet the demands of the customers and to help
our FCAs in market linkages, coordination through KNP.
Our Unit, the Marketing Unit is continuously exerting our efforts
to conduct the KNP smoothly and with proper waste
management. Recently, we were informed by PPDC that the
conduct of KNP has been profiled as basis for Seal of Good
Local Governance (SGLG) of Quezon Province.
Prior to conduct of KNP, we regularly do the Zoom meeting
with other agencies involve including DA-AMAD and DTI along
with other Quezon provincial offices to ask for feedback, things
to improve and prepare for upcoming KNP.
We make sure that we provide the proper layout based on the
available tents, and number of participating FCAs. This time,
we also posted a tarpaulin for the schedule of KNP monthly for
customer awareness and for promotion purposes as well.
We also check the available tables and electricity, and
continuously send reminders to participating FCAs on the

protocols in conducting the exhibit and proper waste
management.

Follow up activity Assist in the ingress, engress and monitor the orderliness of
