Greetings of peace and love!

The Department of Education (DepEd), in its commitment to ensure a conducive learning

environment with the assurance of safety and readiness shall formally open School Year 2023-
2024 on August 29, 2023, pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 21, series 2023 stated that in
preparation for the opening of classes, the Brigada Eskwela Program in the public schools shall
be implemented from August 14 to August 19, 2023 with the theme, “Bayanihan Para sa
MATATAG na Paaralan.”

On this note, I humbly request your office through your proactive leadership to
participate in Bolocboloc Elementary School’s Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off Program on
Monday, August 14, 2023 at 7:30 A.M. and further extend your help and assistance in the
schoolwide clean-up drive and preparatory activities for the incoming opening of classes for S.Y.
2023-2024.

We will be greatly honored if you will grace our school event. Attached here is a copy of
the flow of the Kick-Off program, for your guidance and reference. Knowing your great support
for quality education, and health and safety of learners, I trust that your positive response will
effectively carry the desired end of this appeal. I wish to reiterate in advance my gratitude for
