COMES NOW Respondents, through the undersigned counsel

and unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully manifests, that:

1. He is entering his appearance as counsel for the above-

mentioned respondents;
2. Henceforth, it is respectfully prayed that copies of all
pleadings, notices, decisions, and other legal processes
be sent to the undersigned counsel at the address
indicated below;
3. Respondents received the Formal Charge personally on
June 3, 2024, requiring them to submit their Answer
within five (5) days from receipt thereof;
4. Considering the seriousness and complexity of the
charge against the respondents, and the number of
respondents represented, the undersigned
respectfully requests an extension of ten (10) days to
submit their Answer; and
5. This motion is not interposed for delay but solely
made for the aforesaid reasons.
