amount to buy and eat this healthy product, and you will be satisfied in the fact that we
will have different flavors of it.

This version of our product will giving you a well liked taste that will give you some
nutrients, even if it is a deep fried product; so me and my members conduct a research
to our product and found out that it is a good source of vitamin B6, fiber, pottasium,
magnesium, vitamin C, and manganese; it's just for the banana nutrients not in the
banana chips but there's more vitamin when you eat banana chips, i'm just stating the
facts on what nutrients you can have in just a banana.

By the way, peoples in our new generation have different taste or a food that taste
different but popular to them, our banana chips product can be a souvenir too to those
who can't come to our shop.

Objectives of the Study

Since banana chips are light, easy to pack, and a quick source of calories and
simple carbs, they're an excellent option when you're on the go, hiking, or refueling
after rigorous exercise. What's more, because they're dehydrated, they have a much
longer shelf life than fresh bananas also provides magnesium, vitamin A, iron,
phosphorus, and potassium in small quantities. These nutrients benefit your eyes and
may prevent high blood pressure. Like most foods, this snack supplies your body with
energy.

General Objectives

But sometimes we're literally having some bad troubles at fact sometimes the
bananas are sticks together and it's not totally crispy too, so we did a new batch then
we perfect it with the help of our members; first we dry the banana chips in 1 month
then for frying session we have to put on heat the oil because too much heat will be
perfect for the banana chips to not stick in together and we add the slurry which
contains flour and cornstarch to be more crispier.

Specific Objectives

Specifically, the study aims to do the ff:

1.) We're looking forward to have you a good variant of banana chips even if it is not
unique that taste like french fries but the sweet taste and the different flavors of banana
chips will give you a must and well taste that you want too.

2.) Knowing on what are the most used in banana chips, like for birthday parties give
aways, for donations in the charities and etc.

3.) Adopting the way of other sellers on how they handle some mistakes when having
their product testing.

4.) As one of the researchers, gathering the location of products is not just a difficult

but tricky too, in the fact that finding the other location for product and store and others

is not that crowded and not messy at all. So the researchers need time to avoid this

kind of things.

5.) The proponent's main target people are the young ones who like to eat chips very

much but it can prefer also to the adult and old ages. Its target market is the different

snack zone specifically on school canteens, non-school canteens like grocery and

stores around the province, moreover on terminals for pasalubong purposes.

Scope and Limitation

The scope of the study involves the time & money spent, the tools/materials and

techniques used, and the number of personnel needed for the experiment to be

completed.

Waste Disposal

These constraints include low awareness among the waste generators and low

demandof the products produced from the food waste such as composts. Composting

is one of the alternatives that can be used in food waste disposal in many country the

banana peels have many ways to compost it in your garden or any other benefits from

environment safety it can be converted into useful material instead of being put in trash

can, and reduce the environment and economic problems.

And for the waste of our buyers we will be having a trash bin to throw up their litters on

it to avoid harming all the resources. We engaged the use of our main ingredients

which is the package of it as our eco friendly product because it's not plastic, and we

have so many supply of it.

In this study, we compared the influence of banana peels waste and it's nutrients from

any other resources is an excellent of high- value raw materials for other industries by

recycling agricultural waste, and base on my research to get more information, banana

peel has proven to be excellent low cost absorbent being a food waste, the composting

Size of the Industry

According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 539,671 people. This is the said
estimated population of Calamba Laguna according to the 2020 cencus, this is our
guide on how to target the size of the industry and better on how to handle our market
in an scale of the study using the data through the 2020 cencus. Fried foods is one of
the most common and preferred foods in the Philippines because of its convenience
and affordability, Throughout years, other vendors mostly having an oily foods or fried
foods to sell. Bananas are mostly cooked in bananaque recipe in the Philippines and
next is the turon that is sell everywhere and anywhere.

Target Market

This part of market study focus on the group of consumers marketing situation and the
determine the probability of it's product on the target market.

The target market are in Imall City, Laguna, expectedly there were a lot of families,
children, students, and parents who will enjoy our banana chips.

Price Study

Product pricing implements the concepts of main ingredients and customer value. Early
in the feasibility analysis, the researchers group noticed that it is not necessary to set
a price for our product because the purposes of a feasibility analysis are to project
what the customers (each customer segment) would be willing to pay. In making a
product or business, you must consider the customer.

So the researchers decided to gather some survey questions by answering the form
made and posting it through an online app like Facebook. In the said survey, the
researchers asked the respondents about the price of product. The banana chips have
differentiated prices based on their size: Php 10.00 for small, Php 15.00 for medium,
and Php 20.00 for large.

Note that the prices of banana chips can be adjusted based on the price of the main
ingredients, which will surely affect the product. Any change in the price of banana
chips will be taken into consideration as a factor that measures the consumer's
capability to purchase our product.

like spending and buying patterns, considering hobbies and personalities.

Competition/ Competitor Analysis

All businesses have competitors. Whether you’re a startup or a well-established

business, getting to know our competitors can provide valuable information for our

business plan. With our product located around schools and urban areas, among those

competitors are vendor stalls that sell snacks.

Chips are one example of the most popular snacks and are consumed by people of all

age groups, so we assume that there are other vendors that sell banana chips around
