1- Update your system with latest JRE.

2- Error: Failed to establish connection to the server. Kindly restart the Signer.

3- In Order to resolve these errors, you need to change your browser setting.
Follow below steps to change browser setting
A) Google Chrome
B) Mozilla FireFox
C) Internet Explorer

A) How to Change Google Chrome Setting for Signer:

Step 1: Please Right Click on Signer and Click on Run as Administrator.

Step 2: Enter the URL (https://127.0.0.1:2175) in Google Chrome after that click
on advance.

Step 3: Click on Proceed to Proceed to 127.0.0.1 (unsafe).

 • Step 4: Close your Browser or Restart your browser. Your Problem would be
solved.

B) How to Change Mozilla Firefox Setting for Signer:

Step 1: Please Right Click on Signer and Click on Run as Administrator.

Step 2: Enter the URL (https://127.0.0.1:2175) in Mozilla Firefox after that click on
advance.
Step 3: after that click on advance the below screen will open. Plz click the “Accept the
Risk and Continue.”

• Step 4: Restart the Mozilla Firefox. Your Problem would be solved.

C) How to Change Internet Explorer (IE) Setting for Signer:

Step 1: click on setting icon as shown in the picture, after that click on “Internet
options”.
 Step 2: select the “Security” Tab and inside this tab select the “Local intranet”
and click on “Sites” button.

Step 3: If any checkbox is ticked, please untick all the checkbox.

Step 3: Restart the Internet Explorer (IE).

Step 4: Now please Right Click on Signer and Click on Run as Administrator Your
Problem would be solved.
