Q2: Read a small passage about two colleagues who work in the same office. Choose
the correct form of the verb.

Q2: Convert into Direct Narration.

2. He explained that he couldn't attend the meeting due to a prior commitment.
3. They inquired about the location of the nearest bus stop.
4. She wondered why he had changed his job.
5. He asked if I had received his email.
6. She shared that she had studied French for several years.
7. He expressed his hope that the weather would be nice for the picnic.
8. They told me that they were planning a surprise party for our friend.
9. She mentioned that she was considering a career change.
10. He informed us that the museum would be closed for renovations next month.
